Permitted development means garden room planning permission is not required, dependent on the limitations and conditions outlined below.  Our cabins have a standard height of 2.5m. Listed below are the garden room planning permission rules and whether you need permission for your dream garden room, office or log cabin.

The permitted development allowances detailed above apply exclusively to houses. The construction of outbuildings and extensions onto flats, maisonettes, and other buildings come with different sets of rules and regulations. Contacting your Local Planning Authority may be necessary to ensure that permitted development rights to your property and the planned build.

Please note, other consents with regards to garden room planning permission may be required if your house is considered a listed building or if it is on designated land, as described above.
